Try to avoid harsh chemicals that can lurk in everyday products such as lotion, perfume, and hairspray as well as household cleaners like bleach. To be safe we recommend your jewelry is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when you get home.

We ship our products Worldwide from Jaipur, India.


Shipping is with our trusted logistics partners like USPS, FedEx, DHL, Shypmax etc. All international packages are carefully handed over to the local post office for final delivery.

We ship only to the verifiable address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

If you have an account with us log in and check the status of your order. If it says fulfilled/completed, it means your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a mail from us with the tracking number of the parcel and the tracking URL where you can track the progress of the parcel.

Please make sure you fill in your email id so that we can send you the tracking info. It is advisable to share your mobile number for better reach.

We’ll send a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched within 1-3 days. You can also send us a quick message at sales@vibrancys.com and we'll be happy to track it for you.

You can gift our gemstones/jewelry to a Special Person in your life. All items are shipped in a beautiful box without an invoice. This way, you can have your items sent directly to the lucky person you’ve chosen for your surprise!

Vibrancys.com is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package in your country, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply.

In rare cases you might be contacted by customs to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply share our order confirmation email which you’ve received when placing your order.

If you should decide to decline/return a parcel, you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us and restocking it. 

For international shipments outside of India, website prices are exclusive of sales tax. VAT is not collected at checkout. Vibrancys.com is not responsible for VAT and customs fees which will be charged to the customer directly by the shipping service provider.

All orders ships between Monday – Friday, excluding official bank/national holidays.

RETURNS

Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new gemstones or jewelry. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we want to make things right.

Just send us an email at sales@vibrancys.com within 14 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your gemstones & jewelry.

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).

We take great care in packaging our products safely yet if  your merchandise arrives damaged, please mail us photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
